COI on HIV/AIDS:
The International Treatment Preparedness Coalition has published a new Missing the Target report, the fifth in a series. It provides reports on central issues related to AIDS service scale-up in the following countries: Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Dominican Republic, India, Kenya, Russia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In part two of this report, drug access issues are reviewed in Argentina, Belize, Cambodia, China, Dominican Republic, India, Malawi, Morocco, Nigeria, the Philippines, Russia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. |

From now on a permit of stay for medical reasons will always be granted on a temporary basis in Belgium. Five years after the application it will be traded in for a permanent stay. This policy change is in accordance with the new article 9ter. |

The Department of Federal Immigration of Belgium has issued a new standard medical form (NL-FR) that has to be filled in during your application for a prolongation or authorization of stay for medical reasons.
